What is your Plea? When you stand before God will you try to dazzle Him with all the things you do to earn salvation? Say something like, “I’m not perfect, but I’m basically a good person!” Or will you plead guilty and simply throw yourself on the mercy of the court? Our hope is not found in the list of good things we do but at the foot of the cross where the penalty for our sins was paid in full once and for all. Because of that cross we can walk in boldly in the righteousness of Christ.
