Last week, we remembered our baptism and spent time with Paul’s portrayal of the death of our old lives and the freedom to live new lives in Christ.  If Christ delivers from death and sin and brings life, how is that life to be lived, especially since we are still flesh?  This is the question Paul addresses in chapter 8 as he describes the joy of setting our minds on God’s Spirit — bringing us life, bringing us peace.
